As it has been since I picked it up three weeks ago, my new Explorer I. It's the 114270 (rather than the 14270). I've taken off the bracelet and put it on a Nomos shell cordovan strap. Much more comfortable and un-noticeable that way. Very happy with it!

and again, this from earlier this week:

A fine, relaxing and splendid weekend to all.

Started with the DC67 for the trip to the swimming pool, but decided to change to the TSAR for the rest of the day - put it back on its bracelet, resting the retro rubber for a while!

Coffee and leering at some (very) fit waitresses with Foxy earlier. We hardly bothered discussing watches.

    I was wearing this:

But somehow it didn't seem important.

Enjoy the weekend. Snow on the way, apparently!

Nato for those with sensitive skin...

    Hello,

I won this Nato-ish strap in Robs give-away at the occasion of his 1000-th post.
I am very pleased with its softness and comfort so it is still on my wrist today after receiving it some days earlier.

    Thanks again,Rob!

    Hagwe,

    Marc

It look big on the wrist because the dial(about 35-36mm) wear balanced on my 180mm wrist

Yes and no. I was going to build up a DJ homage but this came from the sales corner in a slightly indirect manner. I've done a review on the thread below.

It rained a bit today..... if you can call a slight misting on the windscreen rain? With this area only getting 0.88" instead of the usual 1.5" a YEAR it is a big talking point!

This is what it was like outside about 30 minutes ago... a cloudy sky is unusual even though it is autumn here.
