Service vintage Seiko quartz where?

Looking to repair/service my 7548 which has a 7546A 4 jewel cal. Second hand seems to stop occasionally and the day wheel is no functioning properly. From what I read not uncommon. Need some help to locate a watchmaker/qualified WIS to fix it, hopefully without costing an arm and a leg. Preferably in Europe.
