Looks good - not keen on the larger case size in comparison to the SARB though
Spent some time surfing the web and came across the new Sarx models: SARX033 (white) and SARX035 (black). These look like really lovely watches to my eye. I know these are just internet pics but the finish looks pretty well done and everything seems to be proportioned correctly.
I stumbled across this video of someone who shows the SARB, SDGM and these new SARX models together.

A neat chance to see (on video) how these compare. I like the case work on the SDGM and SARX models, and I also noticed that the SARB bracelet doesnt really seem to fit the watch that much (don't get me wrong, I am a SARB lover, with two in the watch box but they came, and are still, on leather).
The SDGM looks great but I already have the Cocktail time SARB with a similar dial, so the SARX033 really appeals to me. Anyone here order one yet, would appreciate some more hands on opinions.

Don't understand why all straightforward Seikos lower than the GS range are obliged to have subdivided seconds. These, the SARBs, um some others that momentarily slip my mind
I like the blue hands on white dial. Classy
Not quite the same but I just ordered the below. Anybody know what the difference is? Guessing the Sarb can only be ordered directly from Japan?

New to the Seiko world..
A review appeared on Dutch Horlogeforum, always great to see some real pics. Clueless how to make it smaller from the source.
Small bump from the bottom. Still googling for these. Hoping for some owners on here.

They're a Hong Kong seller, but ship stock to Ireland and then you receive it from within the EU hence no duty/taxes.
I'm awaiting a Sumo from them.
Very nice. I take it that they have the 6R15 movement?
I wish Seiko still made the SARB031. What a great watch that was!
Just been looking on Seiya website.
The SARX033/35 prices are doubled that of the SARB033/035.
They are very similar but I do like the blue hands on the white SARX033.
They seem to be a step up in quality to the Sarbs. Not too many in the wild yet.

Also bought my sarb via eBay Ireland , think it was gizmo outlet or something like that. Very good pricing.

Beautiful watch!
Pics look stunning indeed, definitely on my WTB list.
SARX features 6r15 movement, sapphire glass and DiaShield coating, hence the price difference.
And the overall finish of the watch, bracelet and clasp is worth mentioning, a lot better than on the SARB line.
033 is on my wishlist too.

Not the exact same watch you are looking at but i own the SARX017 (bought from Seiya last year). It's a beautiful watch and wear it to work very often (it's on now). As pointed out, the finish is immaculate for the ££ you pay and i like a the grey vertical lines on the black dial (or black vertical lines on the grey dial) and looks like a Aqua Terra from a distance and the red tip on the seconds hand gives it a bit of colour. The strap with the bader style clasp is extremely comfortable also. I rate it second of my seiko's after my black Urushi.
I have also ordered a SARB Alpinist after seeing the Irish ebay seller with amazing prices without the taxes aswell but i expect my SARX to be a cut above that.
These look really nice, and a much better size for me. Anyone with one have a handle on the time keeping, or is it the usual movement specs, in that some are spot on and others just inside spec?
It's just a matter of time...
This is absolutely stunning! Especially the black model, even though the white one is more unique with its blue hands that look great on white dials.

Love the sunburst dial on these. Seems to be a bit more attention to detail over the 033/035.
I think Seiko are trying to move the 6R15 watches a bit further up their pricing tree, replacing the space with the 4R36.
Tried to order from a London AD and was told SARX will be made available only in the Seiko Boutique for London probably at the end of the summer.
The white dial with blue hands is lovely. Really like that....
Chris
Definitely like these!
The brushed and polished bracelet looks like the one on my SUN017 Sportura, which I love because it's has pins but not collars and still looks fab
I'd been mulling over treating myself to another Seiko, think I've found the ones to consider!

It's a ringer for the fabled and now rare Seiko 'Blue Spark' SCVS013 from years ago. White dial, blue hands, 6R15.
Yes I've always found that Ian, so basically too expensive/ hassle to claim on a Jdm watch.I suppose you're getting a good price from the two sellers in Ireland so you just have to hope all is well.
If a blue version of the sarx033/35, it will be for sure stunning

My sarx033
They are reminiscent of the king seikos of the late 60's/70's

Even the sarb evokes the spirit of those KS's
