Can anyone recommend a good cafe near battersea Park?

Hi Dave, I worked up there a few years ago and there was a very nice and tasty delicatessen and large'ish cafe in Parkgate Road which is just off Albert Bridge Road outside the Park, but I can't remember the name of it.
Will no doubt still be there, it was very popular so might be worth booking, depending on numbers.
Edited to add, it was the Butcher and Grill!

The cafe in the Chelsea Physic Garden over the river is very nice but you have to pay an entrance fee. The cafe in the National Army Museum is also now much improved.
There's a small café at the animal rehoming centre, but I hear that it has gone to the dogs.
