What would you do with this Rolex sign

"Stolen" Today from the Monza f1 Gp. Question is what is he actually going to do with it if he gets it home?

Probably put it on his man cave wall like a garage I use where the guy borrowed a Marlboro sign every year from Monaco.

Well, if it fell into the hands of some members on here it'd have a room of its own - with lit candles and a cushion in front of it to kneel on...

Did it have the stickers on?
If not I guess put in his garage
If it did sell it on SC.

Apparently the dealer is keeping the warranty card so he doesn't sell it on for a profit.....

Well no one will touch it unless it has box and papers.

I almost included that in my post, but felt it might be too close to the mark! 😁

Well, if the Rolex owners/soon to be owners on here are anything to go by, I'm sure by their indecisiveness that they'd have no idea.
    Maybe we need a poll??

I'm an nd sub owner too ;-)
Are you allowed to mention the 'S'(eiko) word in a Rolex thread by the way?

Anyway, I'd hang it on the garage wall.

Not forgetting to add the cost of the trip to the GP to the asking price!

if the authorities decide to pursue the matter the thief will be easily spotted. Adult male carrying green rolex sign, pink T-shirt, red trainers and pendulous cartoon-like appendage!

There was clearly 2 of them involved, as the guy in the yellow is pushing 'Mr Rolex's bike for him

What's all the fuss about it's a Robex sign - they patented the back pack that stabilises you whilst pushing along two bikes.

No box and papers. Pitty he doesn't have that. It lowers the value!

I think you'll find he's just bought an SD50, that's the new warranty card.

Rolex have introduced it to deter the Gray dealers, they won't be able to buy in too many pieces as they'll have no room to store the cards!

And the word "Rolex" isn't centred. Completely unacceptable.

    Andrewcregan--good spot on the accomplice. I reckon it's a father-and-son criminal enterprise.

    Homage? You are too kind!

    It's a crude fake - I can see from here that it's a clear 2mm too wide!

That's not going to happen. He's a hoarder, not a collector.

Some years ago I bought this which now hangs in my London kitchen at a TFL open day at the Acton museum depot. I have to say I felt pretty self conscious carrying it home on the Tube!

Logo is not centered, I'd return it.

Maybe the other side of the sign is more interesting...

That's going in a Safe with its stickers attached, will be worth more than his pension in the future
