It will be one of these as these are the only two I will have with me on the big day!

Not 100% but most likely Seadweller or Speedmaster..... can't go wrong with either..... might even do both in rotation :)

It's one i bought from Pav Straps, that particular one went through a stretching process that involved soaking in water and hung up with a weight on the end, it worked a treat as far as lengthening the Strap and also added some extra character/patina to it

This one is the Christmas present, so it will definitely have an outing. Not allowed to wear it until then, rules are rules...

Strangely, the picture is showing the right time and date, must have taken it a month ago!

May I ask what watch you went for Zelig? I was very interested in the new line of Pinion Atom and their upcoming Atom GMT, was wandering if it was one of these or something else. New brand to me. Jon

The seadweller or the bimetal Daytona I bought for my late father, only worn on special occasions and I always have a tough time choosing which one and I have been known to swap during the day lol

I'll probably choke if I try to post this on Christmas Day so forgive me. I'll be wearing this, my Father-in-Law's watch, passed to me when he died earlier this year.

He was a total hero to me and to many other people in his personal and professional life. He wore this every day since it was given to him by a client in 1989. Thanks to the forum I now know what it is, a TT L-series 16233, and I also managed to clean and resize the bracelet. It fits me now but I never feel truly worthy of wearing it, and just keep it for special occasions when we miss him the most.

i can guarantee I will be having a watch-free day. One of the days when time and jewellery are of no importance.

    Happy Chrsitmas everyone!

    How very Debretts :)

Probably FOIS for me, have to ascertain how much the little ones are likely to bash it with the inevitable mass of plastic they will receive.

Isn't it a bit early for this sort of thing ???

As above. Just decide on the day maybe...

    What year is it from?
Ive always fancied a birth year watch, did they make these in 1962?

As for me, I'll be wearing my trusty black Omega SMP Ceramic for the fourth Christmas Day running!
Thats pretty much a record for me.

Usually wear a Daytona but it's at the bank and I don't think I'm going to bother to pick it up so... Deepsea this year as it's the newest arrival.

Been wearing this all week & I'm kind of happy with it, would be better if it was green & not sure I can be bothered to dust off the LV so might have to stick with this.
