Waffle and hobnail both great.
But to find one in a nice vintage condition is hard..
Would almost call this the Rolex redial period..

In particular Rolex seemed quite keen on these in the 60’s from what I can see (as above).

Restored dials are restored for a reason, usually because the dial needs it.
I hate the term ‘ redial’, it’s ambiguous and misleading.
Sandersons are OK to deal with, prices are sometimes a bit on the heavy side but their watches are generally very good.
