    Haveston Canvas.
Not sure on the fitment of this one. Doesn’t seem to fit right on my wrist. You can only have it so far to one side due to the sliding keeper system but then it positions the buckle off centre beneath the wrist. It then leaves a strange gap one side of the wrist where it lifts up slightly.

Hm looks like your wrist is a similar size to mine, I get this with some straps too. Perhaps more one of those watches which look s better on the strap in a photo than on the wrist...

I don’t get this on a NATO. I’ll have a closer look tomorrow. I love the look of it and the material etc, it’s just the fit. On a bigger wrist I’m sure it’ll be fine. I may end up send it back though.

    For reference I have a 6.75” wrist.

My wrist is a smidge over 7" and I find the Havestons very comfortable, clearly different wrist shapes and mine are 22mm, if that makes any difference.

Does anyone find the watchobsession NATO’s far too short ?

I don’t have big wrists at all and every one I’ve ever ordered from them there isn’t enough material to go under the 2nd loop. I find it really irritating and as a result I just stick the the omega NATO’s now.

Expensive yes but the quality is superb.

Liking the Barton nato. Nice soft nylon, and designed so the buckle/keeper sits under the wrist.

I am a fan of NATO's, but for some reason I only end up sticking with them on my fixed bar watches.

Remember to be wary of flanged spring bars with NATO straps as if the watch gets caught at the wrong angle, the NATO can lever both spring bars open together. Better to have a bunch of non flanged bars and cut them out when you want a change, they're cheap enough. Also check out the buckle as those are often flanged bars aswell and better swapped out, the weak spot that most people don't think about.

I'm also liking mine a lot, very comfy. Washed it and it seems to dry pretty quickly.

I like a NATO every now and then. The first two Seiko's now live on the straps in the pictures (Monkeyswag Dirty Bond and Zuludiver 328). The rest get swapped about.

These are beautiful! Can anyone recommend non-flanged springbar set? I need varying thicknesses. Preferrably 1,3mm, 1,5mm and 1,8mm.

Folding and tucking are consigned to history with Haveston Natos and their sliding keeper. They added another two colours to their canvas range this week, that's four now. I'm sorely tempted to put my Everest on one. http://haveston.com/corp-canvas-strap-series.html Lots of examples or their straps mounted on their Facebook page. https://m.facebook.com/haveston/

They dont tuck back as are quite thick and so sit higher with the extra flap under the watch. Perhaps if they did a RAF version.
