No planned install here. The PC works and is Windows 10 is all good so why change for the sake of change.
Obviously, will keep in with security patches and updates
UK Release planned for tomorrow, 5th October.
Anyone planning install right away or even running beta already?

My PC that I built in 2016 has a 7th Gen i7 processor and a non-UEFI BIOS so isn't compatible. My very expensive laptop bought in 2017 also has the same processor. It looks like I'll be sticking with Windows 10 for some time to come.
No hurry to upgrade here.
There is absolutely no reason for most people to be in a hurry to upgrade.
New (to me) builds might have W11 but it will depend on specs and on how flexible about its baseline requirements the RTM version of W11 turns out to be. I have a lot of PC hardware of various ages that can run W10 fine and could, in theory, run W11 fine but very little of it is compatible with the headline W11 requirements. It's mainly the need for TPM 2.0 that is the issue for me.

been running it a while now...no issue i can see ...running sweet albeit a dev release
Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version Dev
Installed on 28/07/2021
OS build 21996.1
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 321.14700.0.3
the need for a tpm module is not neccessary, plenty of info on the web
The hardware limits imposed will, if not met, prevent it being offered via Windows Update. Similarly, Windows Update won't be a reliable way of downloading updates, security patches etc. However, there are ways to install it from an ISO image or the Media Creation Tool should you wish. I won't be bothering.
Well took the plunge and not impressed so far. Don't like the new taskbar - icons too large and can't seem to have double row as previously.
