About 2/3 way through Squid Game at the moment and if you haven’t watched it yet then you must! One of the most crazy and original things I have seen for a long while. Really well worth a look!

Started Hollington Drive on ITV last night, quite impressed 2 episodes in.
Also enjoying Click Bait on Netflix & also Alice in Borderland which isn't as gripping as Squid Game but keeps me entertained.
Just finished watching Back to Life on the iPlayer. Dark comedy created by and starring Daisy Haggard.Really good.
Just finished S3 of Sex Education. Warm, funny, something to say, and brilliantly written with excellent acting. The consistency over the course of the 3 seasons so far has been remarkable. A treat.

For you Dexter addicts like me, the reboot premieres next month (in the U.S.)...
Really enjoying Ted Tasso on Apple TV+ at the minute. Season 2 has had loads of laugh out loud moments with the odd serious part thrown in. S2 E9 was rubbish though!

Rake on Netflix, quite funny at times.
Note: Some sex, boobs, bad language, violence and drugs.
Few episodes into the chestnut man on netflix and it’s a pretty good thriller / crime series so far.

Season 3 of Succession started last night on Sky Atlantic - great series full of loathsome characters that are great to watch trying to destroy each other!
Just started watching MAID on Netflix, didn’t think it was going to be my thing but 2 episodes in it looks very good. Give it a whirl guys. The Lead actress is brilliant.
Not new, but new to me. I have just finished and enjoyed the first season of Longmire on Amazon.
I’ve seen a few mixed reviews of the new season but I’m really hoping that Succession doesn’t go downhill. Excellent show. Yesterday’s episode was decent at least.
If anyone is thinking about watching Angela Black on ITV, don't bother. Just awful.
I gave it half an hour of my life last night before I realised I hated all the characters, the script, the direction, the locations, everything
Wolfe, on the other hand, is ace. As is the new series of Brassic
re watching the strain while i wait for the new season of dexter , good new series pretty thin on the ground atm.

Another Aussie show worth watching, https://www.justwatch.com/uk/tv-series/offspring-2010. Can't remember any boobs, though! It's a dramedy for adults that kids can watch. Chill out, easy watch.
After a few poor months with not a lot that interests me to watch, Succession is back, with Dexter next month and in December loads of things I enjoy - last season of Gomorrah, season 2 of the Witcher, easy cheesy watching of Cobra Kai and something new with the Book of Bobba Fett, which I’m hoping will be as good as the Mandalorian. Hopefully Carnival Row isn’t too long away.
Me and the Mrs loved Supernatural….our guilty pleasure. It gets silly/repatative but we watched the lot
New series of Curb your Enthusiasm started tonight…… brilliant start
I did some work for Rossendale Council in 2019. They let off one of their offices to the Brassic TV crew. Overnight it was turned into a period doctors surgery. I couldnt believe how many production and support vehicles they used though. It took over 25% of a large car park.
Outlaws started yesterday evening on BBC1, excellent and very much looking forward to the next 5 episodes.
I always find that a rather distasteful series.
I'm not usually squeamish, but the idea of a 'good' serial killer is rather unpleasant, I think.
I watched some of the first season, but quickly decided it wasn't for me (I didn't really warm to the main actor either).

I’m with you on this. Had to watch them all as committed to the first 4 seasons.
In other news, watched the final episode of wentworth last night (cell block H reboot) really enjoyed it, little sad at the end. You have to take it for what it is, but it’s actually straight to the point no BS, brutal in some scenes and funny as well (boomer is brilliant) very very good.
Just finished watching Maid, entire family enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed it.
Was really surprised to find out that Alex and Paula are actually mother/daughter in real life.
Anyone else watched Comrade Detective on Amazon Prime? It is bloody funny.
Deep State. Two series on Disney. Mark Strong in the first series. Kept me entertained for a few evenings.

Agree, loving it, very funny and a bit dark. Walken is superb!

I quite enjoyed it, but it was definitely presented as a Comedy first and drama second by the trailer I saw and felt the opposite in reality.
I smiled a few times, Walken being one of the comedy highlights - I wonder if he'll dance? - but it felt more drama than comedy on the whole.
ITV's "The Long Call" is keeping my attention, too, even if a lot of the characters seem a bit box-ticky.

The North Water on iPlayer was entertaining. Stephen Graham is always worth watching
Just finished the last episode of The Outsiders on Dave. Sort of a cross between Ray Mears and Taskmaster. A bunch of comedians are stuck in a wood for a week and are given vaguely survivalist tasks by David Mitchell. It was surprisingly hilarious at times, the comedians were riffing off each other nicely. Recommended if you want a bit of light hearted fun to cheer you up.
Yellowstone. Season 4.
