The stock strap is a German leather strap with the Flieger dimples. This strap is a Barton Bands cordura/silicone hybrid!
Currently I have a few straps that rotate on this watch:
Left to right, Hirsch Pure natural rubber, Barton Hybrid Cordura, Barton Canvas, Barton Canvas.
Thanks! I have a brown hybrid cordura version coming too so am looking forward to seeing how that looks on this.
I really like this one.

This is my MK XVII. Picked it up last year unused on a bracelet (I have a particular dislike for bracelets on watches) So that got taken off straight away. I’ve tried quite a few aftermarket NATO straps.
Erika’s Originals are the best aftermarket option that I tried. But I do like an OEM buckle - so I tried the OEM IWC NATO strap and buckle. It’s safe to say I like them - having now picked up 2 of each and 2 buckles 😎
This IWC MK watch on an OEM NATO is superb.
The strap arrived this morning.
Im sporting this combo today Natural pigskin on Speedy

Heresy Omega NATO on a blancpain.
I love the watch but the overly short oem tropic has driven me nuts from the get go as im a) between holes and b) its so short that it spins the head when mounted correctly so ive had it on "backwards" for over a year.
Have been toying with a BP NATO for a while but the yes you can have the strap for X and the buckle that goes with it for an additional X has not been received well with me so when the Omega variant (complete with buckle, as it damned well should be for the price) appeared on SC I went for it. My eyesight is not the best so the omega engraving doesn't bother me in the slightest.
End result - I like it and it bulks the barakuda up a bit which suits me fine.
But I have to get a blue leather strap before I really make my mind up...

Davosa North Pole Limited Edition (btw still available to my surprise) on a Ritchie Leather/Nylon strap.
Finally got round to putting a strap on the Breguet 5817. Nice change from the rubber- a Hirsch leather.

Davosa North Pole L.E. on a rubber camo strap.
Was looking for a strap to go with the 16600. Had to be a bit ‘softer’ in terms of overall tone, match the patina, but still have the heft to match the strength of a SD. Toshi Nordic Ox fit the bill! Amazing service and quality as usual from Rich.

Maybe not the perfect combination but it certainly makes a difference to have having a brown or black straps:)
Toshi - cobalt blue I think.

Zenith CP-2 looks pretty good (IMO) on this B&S canvas, originally made for the 23mm lug of the Tudor bronze black bay.

The black bay pro on a bb58 leather O
That I don’t know. It’s not a bb58 case despite both being 20mm lugs so I’m not sure the end links will fit. Having said that mom sure the bracelet would work if using the bb58 end links - just not sure If you can use the whole thing. Damn did any of that make sense - I know what I TRIED to type
Custom made. I am sucker for leather straps in any color/combo

An update! Got a charcoal Croyde 2 from Watchgecko recently for the Stowa Bronze, had to order an 18mm bronze buckle from Stowa too as there is no taper on this strap. Not cheap but I have to have it looking right.
