Got this lovely Patek 5235R from Boodles on Monday. Blown away with the quality, craftmanship, aesthetic and finishing.

Picked this up for my other half last night, it's the only 'luxury' watch she has shown an interest/ liking for in the last 4yrs, she's a happy iWatch fan.

Roughly a 20wk delivery from Goldsmiths, 31mm Tudor Glamour, which apparently they're are looking to discontinue.

Will make a nice Christmas gift....... hopefully!

    Thanks very much!

I was worried that I'd regret what for me is a very big spend, but I'm glad I went for it!

A bit of man maths helped - I figured if I sold five (three issued G10s, an 83 reissue and a non-issued RN diver) to get the RN and the Smiths, that it wouldn't actually cost me that much. Best not to think too much about it... Still need to balance the books a bit - someone please buy my '80 G10..!

    Ridiculous Willey
Cruz would be the number 1 choice above Jolie .

Sick of my Mudmaster module failing every time I changed the battery ( and yes I watched every video known to man to get the damn thing to start again) I bought this. Cheap as chips. Looks very similar and best of all it works.

I recently bought the Seamaster 300 with the white dial from a fellow member here. I found it to be a bit bland with the details on the dial only evident from certain angles. So yesterday I traded it with a local dealer here in Boston for the blue version. The level of detail revealed is amazing, and I’m very happy with the switch.

Got this one yesterday. Brilliant size at 39mm

I had the full size version in the summer but found it wore a bit too big.

    Some comparison shots

Enjoy. Sold my blue Pelagos some years ago and collecting the 39 on Tuesday. Very much looking forward to it. Much prefer the style of the 39.

Yeah that'll be on par ;)

To be honest though my flipping is probably 90% down on what it has historically been and I'm no longer selling to fund another watch so I am making progress.

New incoming microbrands for me today.

A bit of a wait since ordering back in June, I think!

Serica 5303-03, Midnight blue with turquoise ceramic dual hours and minutes bezel on Milanese bracelet.

Incoming for me Monday just gone, wasn’t actually on Ze list but was offered as they hadn’t got me what I was waiting for. Happier with this for sure

Bought this used, it went off for a service immediately and now finally on the wrist.

I know there are some high rollers on here and this may be a humble watch to them but the AT has been something of a grail since I got into the hobby, some five or six years ago. It had to be a black dial (not grey) and it had to have the framed date. It was an uncharacteristic stretch for me but I’m absolutely delighted.

Mind you, it is a bit thick.

I have the golf variant of this watch and have owned it for 9 years. It’s so versatile and bloody lovely. Also, the model with the date aperture surround wasn’t made for long and looks far more balanced than when they took it off.

    Enjoy.

I thought as soon as a Daytona landed it was out the door to someone on the fictitious list? Things must be slow.

What happened to being passed to the grey market for a brown envelope stuffed full of readies, someone will face the sack for this.

They have done you a great favour Tony as the Daytona is a way better watch IMV. By all means hang in there for a GMT BLRO but do enjoy that Ceramic Daytona!
