Pretty straightforward combination. Speedy on a snoopy. Works!
The thread continues to improve - two excellent choices there, Andy!
I think this this is the first thread I have seen during my time here (10+ years!!!) that has made people make a “proper” effort.
One of the most enjoyable in a long time.

Not sure if I’ve posted this combo before…
Works for me !

Khaki-ish dial and napa leather strap.
70's Sicura with 70's band with black inserts.
Thank you very much.
251 PAM on a dusky pink Kostas strap. Great summer combination.

Some of you are starting to push my buttons again.
Here - my JLC on an EO with a little buddy I met walking the dog this arvo.
Just a couple of shots to maintain my impeccable credentials re. judging your nonsense.
After this for a few weeks
I’ve arrived at this

It's still this.
Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.
A Damasko and any nato is a good look but a grey nato is perfect
As already noted, I'm going through a grey strap phase and to that end, this arrived yesterday:
It's a Diloy hybrid with grey-green Cordura upper and a soft calf underside - the quality is just lovely, finishing spot-on, comfort excellent and I love the faintly green hue to the grey which really suits the 756. Not expensive, either.
Not the strap I want to use and I do have a Pav on the way but I feel it’s a nicer watch on leather than bracelet. The case is a lovely shape and the dial a deep gloss black and both of those attributes are emphasised on leather.

Pretty happy with my pairing of my home made strap and my Timor www reissue. https://www.instagram.com/p/Cqx95QzL...d=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
Thank you.
Another odd diver combo - this Seiko 62MAS on a West German "Expandro" milanese strap/bracelet:
Despite the name Expandro, it doesn't expand in any way (other than it can be adjusted at the clasp).
It came to me on a different Seiko described as having been bought by the seller's stepfather in the Far East in 1972, and that this was the original bracelet... so it's possible it was bought in the early 70s as an alternative to the regular Seiko one that the watch would have ordinarily had. That watch in question is a brown-dial 6139-6010 which was only available from Thong Sia, which was part of the Stelux group and it was common for watches sold via Thong Sia to have different bracelets than they would have had from the factory.
Couple of very nice Seikos, and FWVLIW, I like both strap combos.
I also look forward very much indeed to when Walter's next had a few light ales...
Been wanting a green Willard for a while now, and with the recent Jura sale I couldn't resist. Stuck it on a CWC single pass ribbed strap and I'm chuffed to bits with it.
