Yeah I usually get charged with Hodinkee purchases and the shipping cost is calculated as part of the value of the item as well.

Haven’t ordered from Hodinkee since the last Mayer G-Shock but I’m pretty sure I got done for it then.

Only just remembered now the reason I sold the last one was due to the MMDD which this one also has so the ending is probably already decided.
